Budget workshop
The Waddington Town Board will hold a budget meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2023 @ 7PM in the Municipal Building to work on the 2024 annual budget.

Board Meeting
The regular monthly meeting of the Waddington Town Board will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023 @ 7PM in the Municipal Building.
A public hearing will be held at this time to consider Local Law#3 of the year 2023. The purpose of the local law will be to exceed the tax levy limit imposed upon real property pursuant to General Municipal Law §3-c(5).

Bid Request
The Town of Waddington will be accepting sealed bids for the following 2 year contract:
Mowing and trimming of five (5) municipally owned cemeteries, municipal building-46 Maple St, Town Square located at the corner of SH 37 & Main St, and Hepburn Library, Main St. Municipal cemeteries are Old Brookside, New Brookside, Union, Scotch Presbyterian, and Chamberlain Corners. Mowing and trimming will be done once a week beginning in May 2024 through October 31, 2024 and May 2025 through October 31, 2025. During the month of May maintenance of the cemeteries will include raking, mowing, and trimming in preparation for the Memorial Day holiday.
Sealed bids will be accepted until Friday, September 29, 2023 @ 2:30 PM and will be opened and read at the regular board meeting of the Waddington Town Board on Monday, October 2, 2023. Bid will be accepted as a lump sum for all the sites. Bidders must provide a minimum $1,000,000 insurance certificate naming the Town as additionally insured.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids

The Waddington Town Board has been discussing the sale of lands at the Iroquois Dam. They have drafted a conceptual plan showing the lands that will be available for sale. Plans can be seen by clicking on the link below.

The Waddington Town Clerk's Office is now available to the public Monday -Thursday 8:00AM- Noon or by special appointment. When possible please use the drop box on the front door of the Municipal Building for payments. Emails, phone calls, the drop box, and US Mail will be monitored regularly.
