The job entails fiscal record keeping, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and monthly /quarterly reports. (a complete job listing can be obtained from the Town Clerk) Must have familiarity with Municipal Bookkeeping, excel, and excellent computer skills. Training will be provided on municipal specific software program. Flexible hours. Pay is based on experience.

Iroquois Dam Gate Closing
Please be advised that the gate at Iroquois Dam will be closed as of April 1, 2022 to allow the ground to dry and harden. This will prevent damage done by vehicles driving the area. The gate will be re-opened once mud season is done.
By order of the Waddington Town Board
By order of the Waddington Town Board all town roads within the Township of Waddington will be posted at a maximum of four (4) tons per axle. This posting will be in effect upon the erection of proper signs and will remain in effect until signs have been removed by authorization of the Town Superintendent.
Iroquois Land Sale Proposal

Zoning Board of Appeals Vacancy
The Town of Waddington is looking to fill a vacancy on the Zoning Board of Appeals. This board is responsible for the issuance of variances submitted by property owners in the Town of Waddington. The board consists of five members. Appointment to the board is a five year term. It is mandatory to obtain four (4) hours training per year. These are usually done by attending County sponsored classes throughout the year. Please contact the Town Clerk's Office if you are interested in serving on the board or just have more questions.
Please be advised that as of July 19, 2021 the McGinnis Rd in the Town of Waddington will be posted for a 5 ton weight limit with no thru traffic until further notice. Questions or concerns can be directed to the Highway Dept@

The Waddington Town Clerk's Office is now available to the public Monday - Friday 8:30AM- 2:30PM. A mask is required to enter the building if you are not vaccinated. When possible please use the drop box on the front door of the Municipal Building for payments. Emails, phone calls, the drop box, and US Mail will be monitored regularly.
